What Kondo adds to your inbox
The same tools work across your chats, so every conversation gets the same structure.
Labels
Sort chats into streams like leads, clients or hiring. Each label gets its own inbox.
Reminders
Put a chat away until you need it. It comes back to the top when it is due, or sooner if they reply.
Snippets
Save the replies you send often and insert them with ; with names filled in for you.
Keyboard shortcuts
Archive with E, set a reminder with H, label with L, and jump anywhere with Cmd + K.
CRM sync
Send chats, labels and notes to HubSpot, Salesforce, Attio, Notion, Google Sheets and more.
AI agents
Let Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor search your inbox, draft replies and organize chats. They never send.

FAQs
How does Kondo work?
Kondo brings your DMs into one fast inbox. LinkedIn runs in your browser with the Kondo extension, and WhatsApp runs in the Kondo desktop app as a linked device, the way WhatsApp Web does. Messages you send and receive stay in sync both ways. iMessage is coming soon.
Can Kondo send messages for me automatically?
No. Kondo does not automate sending. You write and send every message yourself; snippets, reminders and AI drafts just help you do it faster.
Is Kondo safe to use?
Yes. Kondo never logs in to your accounts from its servers. LinkedIn runs in your own browser session, WhatsApp runs as a linked device on your computer, and your message history stays on your device. Watch how it works: https://youtu.be/l0BnWrcCqzo
Do these features work on every platform?
Labels, reminders, snippets, keyboard shortcuts and AI agents work on LinkedIn and WhatsApp. Some features are platform-specific, such as Sales Navigator and connection filters on LinkedIn. Each feature page says which platform it covers.
